Step-by-step guide to learn how to apply for Maxicare Protection:

  1. Log in to your Access account. On the dashboard, look for Protection and click the "Get Protection" button. 

  2. On the protection selection screen, look for Maxicare and click the "apply now" button.



  3. There are three products offered under Maxicare. Click the "View Details" button on the product you'd like to learn more about. 

  4. After selecting a product, a pop-up screen will appear displaying all its details. From there, you can either add it to your cart or return to the previous screen. 

  5. If you choose to add the product to your cart, another pop-up screen will appear where you can enter the necessary details. Maxicare products can be purchased for yourself or for your family.

  6. Once you've added all the products you want, scroll down on the main screen to find the "Checkout" button.  

  7. A pop-up screen will appear for the payment process, with salary deduction set as the default payment method. Please review all the details carefully, read the terms and conditions, check the box to agree, and then click the Submit button. 



  8. If you choose to pay via bank transfer, review all the details, including the total amount. Transfer the payment to the Access bank account shown on the screen and take a screenshot as proof of payment. Upload the proof at the top, then click the Submit button. You’ll be redirected to the dashboard. Please be patient while your order is being processed. An email confirmation will be sent to you.
