Cancelling Loan

Step-by-step guide to learn how to cancel your loan:
Log in to your Access account. On the dashboard, scroll down and look for Loans then click on the "View Loans" button.
On the loan dashboard, look for the loan you want to cancel and click the "Cancel" button. 
In the pop-up screen, type in your reason for cancelling the loan, then click the "Cancel Loan" button.
