Step-by-step guide to learn how to refund your Access Stash:

  1. Log in to your Access account. On the dashboard, look for Stash and click the "View Stash" button. 

  2. On the Stash dashboard, click on the "refund" button at the bottom of the screen. 

  3. Check the box to the right of the ATRAM date you wish to refund. You can select multiple boxes.

  4. A pop-up screen will appear. Review your refund summary carefully, then click the "confirm" button. Please note that the ATRAM refund process may take 3-5 business days. The refund amount will be credited to the bank account registered in your profile.
